The Elemental Parliament are potent and powerful elemental [[ideologues]] with vast reach and influence. They are ancfient as the first universe, when the first forms of cellular life began.

There are a total of eight Elemental Parliaments. Each is independent of one another and advances the [[harmony]] of their element accordingly.

Each appoints emissaries to advance their harmony. These emissaries are empowered with potent abilities for their service to the Elements.
