Respiration and heat distribution becomes an issue at microscopic sizes. A respiration system and suit become necessary when a person adjusts their height.
Prolonged exposure to the Pym Particle exacerbated Pym's underlying schizophrenic disorders. Other users have not seen a similar effect.
