An elite Russian military team primarily staffed by metahumans loyal to Russia.
After World War II and the formation of SHIELD, the USSR formed their own covert metahuman research division. Called the CCC (Sovetskiye Supere Soldaty), it attempted to replicate the work of Abraham Erskine under the umbrella of the Bioprepetat (Biological Research Division).
Initially they had no success duplicating the Super-Soldier serum. However they were able to develop a less robust version later called the Infinity Formula. Rare and expensive, it was allotted only to the most useful of assets and agents.
