Mutant Town is a government housing project established in Harlem adjacent to Hell's Kitchen. Specifically set aside for registered and displaced metahumans, it is vastly overcrowded and underfunded. Crime is high and there is strong anti-metahuman sentiment in the surrounding boroughs.
