Major resettlement location following the Mutant Relocation Act.
Site of a 2005 battle with the supervillain Atomic Skull and Superwoman. The area remains slightly radioactive, though it has been declared nominally safe for habitation.
In Harlem, the East River Plaza was the epicenter of of this relocation. Halfhearted attempts to configure the shopping mall into housing resulted in significant overcrowding and violent crime.
