The Light Elves live in Alfheim. They are cousins of the Tuatha de Danaan, and like many New Gods they are stronger and swifter than most humans. Elves have a somewhat higher natural propensity for magic than other races, due to their affiliation with the Fae realms. They are not as strong as the Aesir or as magically skilled as the Vanir, but are very diverse as a group. Archery competition is considered a national pasttime. Lacking any major threats, Alfheim is a place of light and happiness and something of a favored vacation home for most of The Nine Realms.
